*Heroine Clothing is manufactured using the softest, thinnest 100% ring-spun cotton and cotton/poly blends by American Apparel™ and screen printed with quality inks to last the life of the fabric.
Shipping rates are calculated in advance, based on the size of your order and the country of destination.
Our approximate shipping charges are:
Single item (domestic): $4.95
Each additional item (domestic): $1.25
Single item (international): $9.25
Each additional item (international): $3.25
All items are shipped within 2 to 7 business days once we have received notification of your order.
If it has been over 2 weeks and you still don't have your order, please contact us.
Please make sure you include your Invoice #.
Please email through our contact page with your order ID number and address change as soon as you can. We will try and make sure the address gets changed in time before your package is mailed.
Items are shipped via standard USPS mail, and should take 1 week from shipping date to reach you. In some cases 2 weeks at the latest. International orders usually take about 1-2 weeks to deliver.
Merchandise may only be returned if we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong order/item or if you received a damaged item. All returns must be within 30 DAYS of original purchase.
Please include the new size/design/color when sending back.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available)
We do accept money order purchases! For Money ordering please send a quick note outlining the item (including if its for mens or women), color and size. The money order should be made out to 'Heroine Clothing' in the amount of the item(s) cost on the website plus $4.60 for the first item and an additional $1.50 for each additional item to cover shipping costs. For those purchasing outside of the US an additional $9.00 should be added to the total amount to cover oversea shipping. Please do not send cash. Please mail money order and product information to:
